Facts About Satan That Are Found In Your Bible

Satan the Fallen by wallpapersafari.com
"Satan the Fallen" by wallpapersafari.com

"The great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the devil, and Satan, which deceives the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him." Rev. 12:9
---------------------------------------------------

Your enemy is not the person sitting across from you at work who undermines you with the boss. Or the classmate who bullies you. Nor is the racist who spray paints obscenities on the side of your house.

Believe it or not, other people are being as tools by your true enemy. But we're tricked into conflict with the person, while we're ignorant of Satan's wicked devices. Paul wrote, "Our fight is not against people on earth. We are fighting against the rulers and authorities and the powers of this world's darkness. We are fighting against the spiritual powers of evil in heavenly places." Eph. 6:12

When we have no knowledge of mysteries of the Divine, we develop an unforgiving heart and hold a grudge against the person rather than engaging in spiritual warfare so that YAH can 'raise a standard against the Adversary'. The grudges we hold against others evolve into unresolved issues, which keep us out of the Most High's favor.

Here are some examples of what your Bible says about Satan:

  1. Satan, Lucifer, the Devil is your real enemy. But you miss him by focusing on the person he is using to get to you. "Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, walks about as a roaring lion seeking whom he can devour." I Peter 5:8
  2. Satan has a limited amount of time to accomplish evil on the earth. His tactics and his harassment are intensified. "I beheld Satan as lightning fall from Heaven." Lk. 10:18 "And unless Yahuwah shortens that time of calamity, not a soul in all the earth will survive. But for the sake of His chosen ones he will limit those days." Mark 13:20
  3. YAH limits Satan's power of temptation over you. Any test or trial with which Satan is permitted to try you will be hard, but it will be in line with your power to endure. Your test of temptation will be more of choice than of forced situations. "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, and He will not allow you to be tempted above what you can endure, but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that you may be able to bear it." I Corin. 10:13
  4. Satan is aware of YAH's Divine love and protection of you. Every fallen angel knows that He gave His son, Yahusha over to crucifixion to redeem you from destruction. Nevertheless, Satan and his fallen angels hate the Most High and anything or anyone who receives His affection. Remember Job's story? "Now there was a day when the sons of Elohim came to present themselves before Yahuwah, and the Adversary also came among them. And Yahuwah said to the Adversary, "From where have you come?" the Adversary answered Yahuwah saying, "From roaming the earth, and from walking up and down on it." "And Yahuwah said to the Adversary, "Have you considered my servant Job, that there is none like him on earth, a blameless and an upright man, who fears Elohim, and avoids evil?" "Then the Adversary answered Yahuwah, saying, "Has Job feared You for nothing? Have You not made a hedge around him, around his household, and around all that he has on every side? You have blessed the work of his hands, and his possessions have increased in the land. But stretch out your hand now, and touch all that he has and he will curse You to Your face." "Yahuwah said to the Adversary, "Look, all that he has is in your power; only do not touch his life." Job 1:6-12
There are many other scripture references on this subject. And like I alluded to in another post, you need to do some 'seeking' on your own.

For too long we've trusted others with our salvation. Giving them total access to our hearts and minds. Whatever the pastor says 'goes'. Even if it goes contrary to what you know is true.

These suit-wearing, booze-guzzling, sex-chasing windbags who spit across the pulpits are satanic representatives whose job is to preach you right into damnation. You love it because your heart is not being pricked with the call to REPENT.

You love it because he or she tickles your ears with the promise of material blessings. Being told to repent is not exciting.

Repentance means you love Yahuwah more than you love anything or anyone else. It means you're willing to give up and turn away from the life you've been living and the things you've been doing that are an abomination to the Most High.

Your pastor doesn't preach about the approaching doom of YAH's Day of Reckoning. He or she is not 'crying aloud' against fornication, adultery, sodomy, lying, jealousy, envy and hypocrisy. You know why?

They don't preach against sin because they live in rebellion against the Most High YAH. Your pastor does things in secret that would make Satan blush.

COME OUT from among them. Separate yourselves from these money-grabbing counterfeits. When their judgment comes, you will receive of their punishment if you are sitting in agreement with them.

There is no such thing as saying, "I'm there to serve the Lord. He has to give an account for himself."

That so-called logic doesn't impress. It's a cop-out. But it's your choice. Once you choose, you're responsible for your decision.

Choose LIFE.

Shalom
